Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup pineapple chuncks
  • 1/2 cup greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, low sugar
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 t coconut extract
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients (except ice) in a blender
  • Add ice. Blend until you no longer hear the ice in the blender
