  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 t maple syrup
  • 1 T pecans
  • 1 t pumpkin pie spice
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients (except ice) in a blender
  • Add ice. Blend until you no longer hear the ice in the blender
