  • 15 raspberries, frozen
  • 2 T Sour cream
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients (except ice) in a blender.
  • Add ice. Blend until you no longer hear the ice in the blender.
