  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 15 raspberries, frozen
  • 2 T Sour cream
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients (except ice) in a blender.
  2. Add ice. Blend until you no longer hear the ice in the blender.
