  • 1 T almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 t maple syrup
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ice

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients (except ice) in a blender
  2. Add ice. Blend until you no longer hear the ice in the blender
