Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 T all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • ice

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients (except ice) in a blender
  2. Add ice. Blend until you no long hear the ice in the blender
