Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/8 cup raw oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t maple syrup
  • ice

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients (except ice) in a blender
  2. Add ice. Blend until you no longer hear the ice in the blender
