Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 6 oz vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingedients except ice in a blendefr
  2. Add ice. Blend until you no longer hear the ice in the blender
