  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ice

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients (except ice) in a blender
  2. Add ice. Blend until you no longer hear the ice in the blender
