Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup pineapple chuncks
  • 1/4 cup mango slices
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 t coconut extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup orange juice, low sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • ice

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients (except ice) in a blender
  2. Add ice. Blend until you no longer hear ice in the blender
