I’m a passionate fitness enthusiast and coach dedicated to women over 50, and I proudly confess to being a recovering chocolate brownie addict.

Definitely not! It's extremely challenging for women to build enough muscle to appear bulky. Our bodies lack the necessary testosterone levels for such results. For the very few women who can achieve significant muscle growth, it's not something that happens accidentally. It involves using extremely heavy weights, intense workouts, and a strict dietary regimen that goes beyond the scope of the STRONG START program.

Strong Start was designed to be completed at home so the equipment needs are minimal.  You will benefit from having a range of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a physio ball (ab ball).
