How does the BEYOND STRONG & SCULPTED program work?

First and foremost, I recommend that you either complete the 8-week STRONG & SCULPTED GROUP program initially or possess approximately 1 year of consistent strength training experience before considering BEYOND STRONG & SCULPTED.  

BEYOND STRONG & SCULPTED is divided into 6 phases, each spanning 2 months. Each phase introduces new strength training programs, offers monthly live group coaching sessions, and provides access to a private coaching session.

Strength Training

Every other month, you’ll receive a fresh set of training programs to choose from. You can opt for either a 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day per week training plan. Each program includes both at-home and gym versions, all designed to maximize your results.

Group Coaching Sessions

Participate in our live monthly group coaching and training calls. The topics covered will vary each month, spanning nutrition, strength training tips, discussions about menopause, and functional fitness topics such as balance. Ample time will be dedicated to addressing your questions

Private Coaching Sessions

Looking to delve deeper into your individual circumstances? Interested in ensuring your form is impeccable for a specific exercise?

 

You can schedule a private coaching call every month for personalized guidance and recommendations.

Progress Assessments

One of the most effective motivators is witnessing the progress you’re achieving. Progress isn’t always evident solely through the scale or by looking in the mirror.

 

At the outset and conclusion of each phase, perform a brief objective assessment to measure your progress.
