Strong & Sculpted 345 is designed for women who have completed my introductory strength training program, Tight & Toned,  or have approximately three to six months of strength training experience.

 

Let's be candid. First, it hinges on your personal definition of 'amazing.' Our bodies naturally age, and while it might not be feasible to replicate the physique you had in your twenties, I wholeheartedly believe that women over 50 can attain incredible physical fitness.

Absolutely! This program caters to those who are newer to strength training.  Ideally, you have completed my introductory strength training program, Tight & Toned, or have three to six months of strength training experience.   More experienced women have also gotten great results when they incorporate the principles of progressive overload. We'll tailor the weight or resistance to suit your individual capabilities.

Definitely not! It's extremely challenging for women to build enough muscle to appear bulky. Our bodies lack the necessary testosterone levels for such results. For the very few women who can achieve significant muscle growth, it's not something that happens accidentally. It involves using extremely heavy weights, intense workouts, and a strict dietary regimen that goes beyond the scope of the Strong & Sculpted program.

You have two options to choose from: an at-home version and a gym version. While both programs share many similarities, the at-home program requires less equipment. You'll benefit from having a range of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a physio (ab) ball.  The physio (ab) ball is used only in Strong & Sculpted3.  You can also use a foam roller in place of the physio (ab) ball.

The Strong & Sculpted 345 program offers training plans for 3 days per week, 4 days per week, and 5 days per week.   Simply choose the one that aligns with your schedule best.
