Tailored for women over 50 who have completed Tight & Toned or have approximately three to six months of strength training experience.

Each training session takes between 12 and 20 minutes which makes it easy to fit into your busy schedule.

Enjoy the four personalized private coaching sessions which are tailored to your needs. Use these private coaching calls to gain clarification and ask questions related to strength training, cardio, nutrition etc., and feel confident that you are making progress toward your optimal results.
