Strong Start is an 8-week foundational strength training program designed specifically for women over 50.  The program is split into 2 phases.  Each phase is 4 weeks long and builds upon the previous phase.  Workouts are approx 20-30 minutes; 3 days per week.  The exercises included are the key foundational exercises needed to build muscle.  There are no fancy or complicated exercises.  The only equipment you need are dumbbells, a resistance band, and an ab (stability) ball.
