Each training session takes between 20 and 25 minutes which makes it easy to fit into your busy schedule.
Enjoy the four personalized private coaching sessions which are tailored to your needs. Use these private coaching calls to gain clarification and ask questions related to strength training, cardio, nutrition etc., and feel confident that you are making progress toward your optimal results.
